WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?

A lash lift is less maintenance than eyelash extensions but still gives your lashes a lift and curl. It’s a process of curling your natural lashes and setting them with a solution to create a permanent lift and curl. Treatment can last up to 6 weeks. Lashes will shed naturally and grow back to their original state.

WHAT IS BROW LAMINATION?

Brow lamination is a treatment using a chemical solution that repositions the hair structure, to help create a full and fluffy look. It smooths and tames unruly hair.  Chemically treated brows stay in this position until hair naturally grows out. New hair will grow back in its original direction. Treatment usually lasts about 8 weeks.

SHOULD I GET MY BROWS WAXED AND TINTED BEFORE

OR AFTER A TAN?

We recommend getting your brows waxed and tinted before a tan. Otherwise your tan will be removed on the area that the wax has been. If brows are freshly tinted (24hrs before your tan) a thin application of Vaseline should be applied beforehand to avoid tinted brows getting a green tinge.

No, all facial waxing should be avoided if you are on Roaccutane or any other medication for your skin. But don’t despair if you are, we are still able to tweeze your brows into shape. If you are using any retinol or vitamin A products, it’s best to stop using them a couple of days before your waxing appointment to avoid any skin trauma.

CAN EVERYONE GET THEIR EYEBROWS WAXED?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BROW TINT AND BROW HENNA

Brow tinting and dye chemically colour the hair with peroxide. Brow Henna is a more natural approach as it’s derived from natural plant pigment and is activated with water.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A BROW SCULPT?

Depending on your hair growth we recommend sculpting every 4-6 weeks. Any sooner and the hairs could be too short to be picked up by the wax and you may not have a clean, smooth finish.

CAN LASH EXTENSIONS

RUIN YOUR

NATURAL LASHES

No, lash extensions is a treatment where you apply an extended or a fan of lashes on to each of your individual lashes. If applied correctly the extension should fall out with your natural lash as it sheds. This will let your natural lash grow through and not cause any damage or trauma to your natural lashes.
